Rebecca is the editor behind The Compulsion Trilogy, working with A. T. List from manuscript to finished book.

What she does

Editing these books is more than fixing punctuation. Rebecca checks continuity, character consistency, grammar and the details that need to survive from one book to the next. She also knows the characters and the voice well enough to flag the moments that simply do not feel right.

That makes her one of the few people who sees the story while it is still being shaped, before it reaches beta readers, ARC readers or publication.

Rebecca has been involved throughout Ash & Thorn and Want & Will, and will continue editing Ruin & Remain. She is not a beta reader. Her role sits inside the actual editorial process, helping keep the trilogy coherent while protecting the voice that makes it A. T. List.
